‘The Kerala Story’ actress Adah Sharma recently opened up about the disturbing rape scenes in the film and her family’s reaction to it. In an interview with a news portal, the actress reportedly said ‘My mom and grand-mom knew the story. I was nervous about granny's reaction, especially with those rape scenes. I was only concerned about how will she react to all those disturbing moments.’ Adah further revealed that her 90-year-old granny found the film ‘educational and informative’ and suggested that it should have been ‘a U/A film so that even younger girls could see it’.
