Gay Boy Scouts of America are now welcome in the organization, but not gay Scout leaders, according to a compromise that came about during a vote Thursday. It's a new policy that isn't getting rave reviews from either side of the debate, but the leader of the Baltimore area Boy Scouts says the vote won't have much effect on them. George Lettis reports.
